Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of this ScaleUp HR ("Website") and any content, Public Forums, or services offered on or through the Website and/or through any mobile application(s) ("Application") (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

These Terms of Use apply to end users of the Website (referred to as "Learners", "You", "Your"). These Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), define the relationship and responsibilities between You and Creator (as defined herein) in using the Platform. Your access to the Platform is subject to Your acceptance of this Agreement. Hence, please take Your time to read this Agreement.

About Scale Up HR Hub

Scale Up HR Hub is an HR transformation coaching business that provides online programs, live cohort sessions, community access, and coaching services designed to help HR professionals transition from operational roles to strategic business partners.
All programs are delivered by Gayathri, Founder of Scale Up HR Hub, through digital platforms including but not limited to TagMango, WhatsApp, Zoom, and associated community tools.

Programs & Enrollment

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content on the Platform for Your own personal, non-commercial use only. Further, ifScale Up HR Hub currently offers three levels of coaching programs:
L1: Strategic HR Foundations — Self-paced with live cohort option
L2: Workforce Architect — 12-month live cohort program
L3: Enterprise Architect (CHRO Preparation) — 12-month quarterly intensive program

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed installment plan. Scale Up HR Hub reserves the right to decline enrollment at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
Program details, curriculum content, delivery schedules, and pricing are subject to change. Enrolled participants will be notified of any material changes in advance.
so allowed on the Platform, You may temporarily download one copy of any downloadable Content [including Creator Content (defined below)] on the Platform for personal and non-commercial transitory viewing only.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International pricing in USD is available for participants outside India.
Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Early bird pricing is time-limited and available only until the stated deadline. No exceptions will be made after the deadline has passed.
Corporate-sponsored enrollment pricing requires a valid company purchase order or confirmation from an authorized company representative.
Payment plans, where offered, must be completed in full even if the participant discontinues participation midway through the program.

Important: All fees are due as agreed at enrollment. Outstanding installments remain payable in full regardless of attendance or participation status.

5. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Scale Up HR Hub programs—including but not limited to session recordings, frameworks, templates, slides, written materials, worksheets, and methodology documentation—is the exclusive intellectual property of Scale Up HR Hub.
Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use program materials for their own professional development only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, sublicense, or use any program content for commercial purposes—including training other professionals—without explicit written permission from Scale Up HR Hub.
Screenshots, recordings, and any form of content capture from live sessions may not be shared publicly on social media, websites, or other platforms without prior written consent.
Frameworks, methodologies, and systems taught within programs remain the proprietary IP of Scale Up HR Hub. Participants may apply these within their own organizations but may not claim authorship or rebrand them.

Any breach of these IP terms will result in immediate removal from the program without refund, and Scale Up HR Hub reserves the right to pursue legal action for commercial misuse.

6. Recording & Attendance Policy

Scale Up HR Hub records live sessions for the benefit of enrolled participants who are unable to attend in real time.
Session recordings are made available exclusively to enrolled participants of that specific program cohort.
Recordings are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for live participation. Scale Up HR Hub does not guarantee the availability of recordings for every session.
Recordings are for personal use only. Downloading, distributing, or sharing recordings outside the program community is strictly prohibited.
Participants joining live sessions consent to being present during a recorded session. If you do not wish to appear on camera, you are welcome to participate with your video off.
Scale Up HR Hub reserves the right to use anonymised or edited session highlights for marketing or educational purposes unless a participant explicitly opts out in writing.

7. Community Code of Conduct

Scale Up HR Hub fosters a professional, respectful, and high-trust learning community. All participants are expected to uphold the following standards across all community platforms, live sessions, WhatsApp groups, and any program-related interactions:
Treat fellow participants with respect. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or personal attacks of any kind will not be tolerated.
Do not share confidential information about your employer, clients, or colleagues within community discussions in a way that could cause harm or violate your professional obligations.
Do not use community platforms to solicit, sell, or market any products or services without prior written permission from Scale Up HR Hub.
Constructive debate is encouraged. Disruptive, offensive, or deliberately divisive behaviour will result in removal from the community.
Any participant found engaging in misconduct will be removed from the program and community without refund.

Scale Up HR Hub reserves the right to remove any participant from any program or community at its sole discretion if their conduct is deemed harmful to the group or the program experience.

8. Results & Disclaimer

Scale Up HR Hub provides education, frameworks, and coaching. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, promotions, or business results.
Outcomes depend on individual effort, context, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Any examples shared—including case studies, client stories, or income illustrations—are not guarantees of what you will achieve.
Program content is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or HR compliance advice. Always consult qualified professionals for jurisdiction-specific guidance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from enrollment in or use of Scale Up HR Hub programs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
